So it's not exactly a crisis but it sure confuses me so I'm intrigued to ask if you agree.
I often refer to our business as 'we'.
'We have some amazing new work on store', 'We've had a crazy busy day', 'We are open 10-5'.
That all makes sense to us as a brand. But on twitter, I'm often writing as me (Hannah).
'I've just drawn on our window!' 'I'm finally replying to emails, anyone want one?'
On emails I'm 'me', on facebook I'm 'we', on Instagram I'm 'me'...
Sometimes, when Steph (my Mum) is working in the shop, she writes cute tweets. Should she make it clear it's her and not me?
I promote Yellowstone as a brand, so I guess officially it should be a 'we' but I'm just here to tell you that underneath the business bravado is just little me. Pretending to be a we.
Do you like that Yellowstone is a person rather than a big company? Should I drop the royal 'we'? What do you use for your business? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
